Campus Nissan Victoria is seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while keeping our showroom running smoothly.
You’ll take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to visitors, staying organized, and ensuring every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers.
Location: 3361 Oak St, Victoria, BC V8X 1R2
Schedule: This is a permanent part-time role with a regular schedule of 30 hours per week. The scheduled hours are Monday - 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Thursday - 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday - 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all visitors entering the showroom, promptly answer inquiries, and introduce visitors to their host
Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls on a multiline phone system
Welcome and serve customers in the lounge areas
Maintain a tidy work space and stocked customer lounge (coffee station, kids station)
Handle and process payments from customers
Stock in vehicles, and assist the Sales Dept with vehicle inventory control
Distribute incoming mail
Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
Participate in maintaining a supportive and fun working environment
Other administrative duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset
Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset, including experience with CDK or One-Eighty software
Previous experience operating a multiline phone system is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good data entry skills, with strong accuracy
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to stay calm and focused in a face-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Good written and spoken communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with others
