By using Youth Launch, you agree to use the public job pages and employer workspace lawfully, accurately, and in line with these terms.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the postings they publish, and we may suspend or remove accounts or postings that are misleading, unlawful, or abusive.

You must provide accurate account and company information when using the employer workspace. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
If you use Google sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account used to access the workspace.
Employers must publish only genuine, current job opportunities and keep posting details accurate while the role is active.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of job titles, company details, compensation, location, hiring requirements, and application instructions.
Fake jobs, deceptive compensation, unlawful discrimination, malware, spam, and postings whose primary purpose is lead collection are not permitted.
You must not use the service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes third party rights, or interferes with the availability or security of the platform.
We may review, reject, unpublish, archive, suspend, or remove accounts, postings, or access to the employer workspace if we believe there is inaccurate, deceptive, abusive, or policy-violating activity.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, indexing results, applicant volume, or hiring outcomes.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
