What Youth Launch collects and why

Youth Launch collects only the information needed to run a public job board, authenticate employer accounts, publish job postings, and keep operational records such as proof exports and posting history.

Summary

We use Google sign-in only to authenticate employer accounts and operate the employer workspace. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

1. Information we collect

If you sign in as an employer using Google, we may receive basic Google account information such as your name, email address, and profile image, if provided by Google.

We also collect company profile details, job posting content, application instructions, proof export records, posting status history, and standard technical logs needed to operate the service securely.

2. How we use information

We use account information to authenticate employers, keep accounts secure, and connect job postings to the correct employer workspace.

We use company and posting data to publish public job listings, generate proof exports, support search visibility, and maintain operational records about what was posted and when it changed.

Google user data is used only for sign-in, account administration, and the product features described in this policy.

3. What appears publicly

Public job pages show the information an employer chooses to publish, including the job title, company name, description, location, compensation, application method, and other structured job details used for filtering and search.

4. Storage and service providers

We use service providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication and application data storage, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Google for account authentication.

We do not share personal information or Google user data with unrelated third parties except as needed to run the service, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the platform.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account, company, and posting records for as long as they are needed to operate the service, maintain posting history, and support proof or compliance-related records.

If you want your account or employer data reviewed for deletion, contact support@youth.example.com. We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. If we materially change how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this policy before using the data in the newly disclosed way.
