NOTARY – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LAW

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for handling various commercial real estate cases Commercial real estate law, including: Coordinating, preparing, and executing commercial real estate financing; Conducting commercial real estate transactions; Performing title searches and preparing title reports; Drafting various real estate documents, including easements and consents to cadastral changes; Meeting with clients and acting as an advisor to a diverse clientele; Working independently while collaborating with various professionals in the field firm.
THE DESIRED PROFILE

Bachelor of Laws;
Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec (Quebec Chamber of Notaries);
2 to 5 years of experience in real estate law;
Experience in commercial real estate, an asset;
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
