Job Description:Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
