Role overview

Lumaris Support Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/RBA) to provide remote clinical consultation and behavioural support for children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities. This role involves developing behaviour support plans, providing parent coaching, supporting staff with evidence-based strategies, reviewing behavioural data, and collaborating with families and community professionals to promote positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will provide virtual consultation approximately 2 days per week, assist with staff training, contribute to program development, and help ensure high-quality, person-centred services. This is a flexible remote independent contractor opportunity with the potential for additional hours as our organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
Conduct behaviour consultations and case reviews
Provide virtual parent coaching
Train and mentor support staff
Review behavioural data and progress reports
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
Support quality assurance and program development

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification or Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) registration
Experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support
Excellent communication and consultation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
