The company is a well-established manufacturer continuing to invest in its operations and people. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a hands-on maintenance leader to support the next phase of expansion.

In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, oversee maintenance activities, and drive improvements across plant equipment and operations.

The Role

Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Manage preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Drive reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production through effective maintenance planning.

The Person

Maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing.
Strong background in plant equipment and maintenance operations.
Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills.
Commutable to Scarborough.
