Job Title: Traffic & Logistics Specialist
Location: Brampton, ON (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Traffic & Logistics Clerk to join our team in Brampton. In this role, you will work within a fast-paced environment to manage the flow of materials, ensuring customer deadlines are met. You will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, submitting orders, and managing shipping and receiving schedules. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to support special projects related to our World Class Manufacturing pillars.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Prepare accurate shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and customs documents.
Scheduling: Manage the traffic schedule for both shipping and receiving to ensure smooth operations.
Order Management: Handle order submissions and utilize EDI processes for customer deliveries.
Logistics Support: Support inbound and outbound shipments from 3PL providers across Canada, the US, and Europe.
System Maintenance: Monitor material ready dates, invoice in SAP, and maintain digital filing systems.
Project Support: Assist with special projects, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Status: Must have no working restrictions.
Experience: Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of EDI processes and import/export regulations (NAFTA/USMCA, Incoterms) is highly preferred.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) is required; experience with SAP or Smartsheet is an asset.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, organization, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour.
