The PCMP focuses on helping clients understand the factors contributing to persistent symptoms while building self-management strategies to improve cognitive and physical function and reduce reliance on passive treatment approaches. The ultimate goal is to support safe and sustainable return to work and improved daily functioning.

This role is ideal for OTs who are passionate about brain injury rehabilitation, interdisciplinary teamwork, and functional, goal-oriented recovery. If you enjoy a structured program environment, active rehabilitation approaches, and meaningful return-to-work outcomes, this position offers both challenge and reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cognitive and work simulation activities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
  • Communicate with stakeholders including family physicians, employers, and WorkSafeBC case managers
  • Participate in job site visits to assess work demands and support return-to-work planning
  • Complete charting and formal report writing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of clinical experience providing occupational therapy in a rehabilitation or return-to-work setting
  • Experience working with concussion, brain injury, or neurological conditions preferred
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
