• Oversee on-site operations, maintaining stringent standards for craftsmanship, safety, and project efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges, applying expert knowledge and practical solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Extensive proven experience as a Carpenter, demonstrating proficiency across a broad range of residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing projects and guiding teams.
• Exceptional technical carpentry skills and a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
• A successful police background check is mandatory for this position.
