Role overview

We are hiring for a Part-Time Starbucks Barista with a wage range of $15.00 - $18.00 at our location in Hinton, AB. (Hinton Hill location)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers

Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

Accept order and process payments

Prepare Starbucks food and drink orders according to standard recipes or customizations

Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitized work environment

Properly store and handle food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Assist Starbucks Manager and Supervisor with:

Updating signage and displays

Tracking and replenishing inventory of products and ingredients

What you Bring:

Warm and welcoming personality focused on hospitality excellence

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

Ability to stand/walk for long periods

Experience in a food preparation and service setting is an asset

Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
