Role overview

We are currently hiring for full-time, permanent bilingual (French/English) customer service representatives in the financial industry. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office (Either London or Barrie) and 2 from home.

Job Duties:

Answer customer inquiries regarding their credit card or account
Answer customer inquiries about product lines
Data entry of necessary client information
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year of customer service experience
Call centre or banking/financial experience preferred
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Able to work 3 days per week in office (Barrie or London)

What we offer:

$22/hr
Health & Dental Benefits after 1 year
Permanent full-time

Shift Availability:

Monday to Friday 9am-9pm
Saturday 10am-6pm
