Role overview

Tiltop Roofers Inc. is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves attending pre-scheduled appointments, identifying attic, roofing issues, and closing sales with homeowners.

Responsibilities

Attend company-provided appointments and leads
Perform roof inspections using a drone
When needed, conduct attic inspections for mold and insulation (inspection performed from the attic entrance)
Identify roofing issues and clearly explain findings to customer
Convert inspections and appointments into successful sales
Follow up with assigned customers when required
Maintain professional communication and accurate inspection reports
Training and tools will be provided by the company.

Requirements

Own transportation is required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and sales skills
Willingness to work part-time (with potential to move to full-time)
Previous sales or inspection experience is an asset but not required

Work Location

In-person / On the road (Mississauga, ON)

Travel up to 200 km per day may be required

Experience:

Direct sales: 5 years (required)

Benefits

Base Salary:CAD 500 per month

Inspection Pay: CAD 25 per inspection

Commission: $300 Paid on each successful roofing sale and a % of profit paid on all other services sold.

Earning Potential:

Part Time rep can earn around $3,000 per month
High performing Full Time reps can earn more than $15,000 per month
