• Handling incoming and preparing outgoing shipments, including materials, documents required and coordinating transportation.

• Pick and prepare orders according to product codes, lot numbers and quantities while ensuring full traceability in ERP system.

• Receive and verify incoming materials and perform all related inventory transactions in ERP system.

• Communicate with the Purchasing Department regarding received materials, discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and other receiving-related matters.

• Ensure packaging, labeling, and shipment quality meet safety and company standards.

• Review and process key documents (shipping notices, BOLs, invoices, orders) to prioritize workflow and determine appropriate shipping methods.

• Communicate with company brokers to follow with the status of each shipment.

• Oversee international shipments and ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation requirements.

• Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Set work priorities and manage day-to-day logistics activities.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment while looking for continuous safety, quality, service and productivity/cost improvement.

• Monitor safety conditions regularly and take immediate action when needed.

• Work directly on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment.

• Any other job-related duties deemed necessary by the direct manager.

Qualifications

  • DEC/AEC in Logistics, High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or a closely related warehousing field.
  • Valid forklift driving permit with proven operating experience.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook and Teams).
  • Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with SAGE 500 is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with couriers and internal staff.
  • High awareness of warehouse safety regulations, best practices, and protocols.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
