Are you passionate about seeing innovative ministry initiatives gain traction and flourish? Do you love helping leaders build momentum, mobilize people, and turn vision into action? The Frontiers Team, a ministry of Youth Unlimited (YFC Toronto), is hiring a Frontiers Associate Director to come alongside ministry leaders, helping them build teams, engage partners, and strengthen the capacity needed for youth ministries to thrive and reach more young people across the GTA.
About FrontiersThe Frontiers Team is home to a diverse group of youth ministry initiatives across the GTA, each led by a small but passionate team. While Frontiers is home to several established ministries, it also serves as a ministry incubator—providing structure, connection and strategic support to help innovative ministry ideas gain traction and grow into sustainable, impactful programs.
Currently, the Frontiers Team is comprised of 17 staff across 11 ministry initiatives. These ministries range from community-based sports outreach and employment readiness programming to counselling services and other creative approaches to engaging young people.
