We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in both our Nursing Care Unit (NCU) and Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit. What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients in both NCU and LTC settings.
Assist with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Monitor and report changes in patient health, collaborating with the healthcare team.
Maintain clean, safe environments, adhering to hospital and safety standards.
Document patient care accurately and timely.

What We’re Looking For:

Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Strong communication, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience in healthcare is a plus—but not required.
