We are currently seeking a Back of House Operations Director to oversee and nurturing the growth of all operational departments, positioning the restaurant for success.

Under the supervision of the Owner/Operator, the duties and responsibilities of the Back of House Operations Director include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Leads and oversees the overall growth and efficiency of all operational departments to meet the strategic business objectives and vision;

· Cultivates a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders;

· Fosters a culture of growth, product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity among team members and leaders;

· Collaborates with the Marketing and Human Resources team to drive sales, brand growth, ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and to enhance and develop new community initiatives;

· Acts as an accountability coach for all area coordinators and oversees their development and departmental goals;

· Develops leaders who are motivated, high-performing and embody the vision of the business;

· Oversees all Supervisors area of ownership and their completion of goals;

· Creates and implements innovative systems for operational excellence in the restaurant;

· Ensures the adherence of top-tier food safety;

· Handles the disciplinary process according to company policy, prioritizes constructive in-person conversations to help encourage growth, escalates disciplinary matters as necessary; and

· Submits monthly business plans with SMART goals to drive performance and growth to the leadership team.

· Food Cost, Food Safety, & Inventory Management

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent;

· Valid Advanced Food Handler Certification or a willingness to obtain certification is required;

· Demonstrated leadership, team building and supervisory skills;

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tasks to work effectively under pressure;

· Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.

· Chick-fil-A experience a plus

Pay: From $22.00-23.50 per hour
