About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Solution Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Guidewire solutions for a commercial insurance environment. This role requires deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Contact Manager, Guidewire Cloud, and Commercial Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture solutions using the Guidewire Insurance Suite.
• Lead Guidewire implementation, modernization, and migration initiatives.
• Design and oversee integrations with CRM, broker systems, payment platforms, document management systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop migration strategies from legacy insurance platforms to Guidewire Cloud.
• Define architecture standards, review technical designs, and ensure solution quality.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager.
• Strong background in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and migration strategies.
• Experience with Guidewire APD and Integration Framework.
• Expertise in designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and messaging frameworks.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, policy lifecycle, claims, billing, endorsements, renewals, and commercial insurance workflows.
• Experience leading Agile projects and mentoring technical teams.
• AWS or Azure cloud certification is preferred.
