Job Title: General Labourer (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Employment - Multiple Positions)

Location:Winnipeg, MB - some travel required

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00–$21.50/hour + Premium Pay + Overtime Opportunities

We're recruiting dependable, hardworking individuals to join a growing team supporting a variety of residential and commercial property projects throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a full-time permanent opportunity for the right individual.

What You'll Do:

Assist with demolition, cleanup, and general labour activities.
Move materials, equipment, and customer belongings safely and efficiently.
Support project teams on residential and commercial job sites.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support urgent project requirements.
Deliver professional customer service while representing the company on-site.

What We're Looking For:

Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
Clean, professional appearance.
Willingness to travel out of town when required.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including a properly fitted respirator, when required.
Successful completion of a criminal record check.

Assets:

Experience in construction, demolition, property maintenance, restoration, or general labour.
First Aid certification is considered an asset.
Experience working with hand and power tools.

Compensation:

-
$18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience.

Additional $3.00–$5.00/hour premium for specialized environmental work.
Overtime opportunities available.
