Some people love ticketing operations. Few get to run them for an entire league. Working at the Northern Super League means building a professional sports league from the ground up, an opportunity few people in sport get to experience. Backed by founders with bold vision and deep conviction for the future of women's sports, the NSL is an entrepreneurial environment where you can have purpose, autonomy, and an outsized impact. Add to that a remote-first organization with talented, supportive teammates across Canada and maybe this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. About The League The Northern Super League is Canada's first professional women's soccer league, dedicated to growing the sport and engaging passionate fans nationwide. Over our first two seasons, we ranked among the top five women's soccer leagues in global attendance, welcoming over 400,000 fans to stadiums, reaching more than 3.5 million Canadians through broadcasts, and seeing more than 35 players called up to their national teams. As we head into season three, we're seeking a Manager, Ticketing Operations to run the ticketing systems behind every club in the league. About The Role Every ticket sold in the NSL runs through the systems you will own. Six clubs, one ticketing standard, built and kept by you. The NSL centralizes ticketing operations at the league so club staff can spend their time selling. As our Ticketmaster expert for every market, you'll help build the events, run the on-sales, keep the data clean, and be the first call when a club needs something fixed. Most Archtics administrators run one building. You'll run a league. You'll report to the Senior Director, Ticketing Operations & Fan Experience, within the Club & League Services team. Specific responsibilities include: Ticketmaster System Administration Lead day-to-day administration of Ticketmaster Archtics, TM1, AccountManager, TicketExchange, and Host across the league and all clubs Build and maintain events, venue scaling, season manifests, inventory, offers, and pre-sales and on-sales for every club Manage payments, payment plans, invoicing, and access control within the ticketing system Execute promo codes and promotional campaigns with club sales teams and league marketing Process internal ticket requests from league departments and clubs CRM Support Provide first-line CRM support to club sales staff: user administration, access, and troubleshooting Monitor data quality, resolve duplicates, and escalate structural issues Onboard new club staff to the CRM Club Support & Enablement Resolve club ticketing questions and requests quickly and consistently Train club ticketing representatives on Ticketmaster systems and league procedures Maintain the how-to guides and documentation for recurring ticketing processes Support the annual ticketing calendar across all clubs Reporting & Compliance Reconcile Ticketmaster, payment processors, and club records for the league's financial reporting Audit ticketing processes and systems for accuracy and efficiency Flag issues, trends, and improvement opportunities as you see them About You This role is all about administration and operations. You're passionate about ticketing operations and you enjoy the work most people never see: configuring the back-end, building a clean event, scaling a venue, running an on-sale that goes exactly as planned. You like administering systems and you like helping people use them, so a call from a club that needs something fixed is the good part of your day, not the interruption. You're comfortable lightly administering a CRM alongside the ticketing platform, and you bring a growth mindset to both: new tools, new clubs, and new ways of doing things are what keep the job interesting. You're organized, calm under competing deadlines, and you'd rather write the how-to guide than answer the same question twice. If that sounds like you, we hope to see your application. These qualifications will help you stand out from the crowd: 3 to 5 years in ticketing operations in sports, live entertainment, or a related field Hands-on experience administering Ticketmaster Archtics, with working knowledge of TM1, Host, AccountManager, and TicketExchange Experience building events, scaling venues, and running pre-sales and on-sales Experience supporting a CRM in a sales environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple markets Experience in a league office, multi-property, or shared services environment Post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Ability to work in French (not a requirement) The Details This is a full-time, permanent, remote position (anywhere in Canada) open to anyone who is legally entitled to work in Canada. Typical hours are Monday to Friday regular working hours, with evening, weekend, and holiday work during on-sales and on match days, and some Canadian travel to Club and League events. Target compensation is $70,000 to $80,000 per year with comprehensive group benefits. To Apply The NSL is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We strongly encourage applications from women, Indigenous Peoples (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit), persons with disabilities, members of visible minorities, Francophones, LGBTQ2S+ people, and others from historically underrepresented communities. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
