How You’ll Make an Impact

Create a Memorable First Impression: Greet new patients, provide a friendly tour of the clinic, and gather essential medical and dental information to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Capture High-Quality Diagnostic Records: Take digital x-rays, intraoral and extraoral photos, scans, and wax bite registrations to support accurate treatment planning.
Support Ongoing Patient Care: Prepare and maintain records for existing patients, and ensure all materials are ready for lab submission or internal use.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Records Room: Restock supplies, disinfect equipment, and prepare deband kits, diplomas, and wax bites to keep the space efficient and welcoming.
Collaborate with the Team: Participate in staff meetings, assist with tasks assigned by the orthodontist, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment built on trust and cooperation.

About You

Licensed Dental Assistant (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant/CDA in British Columbia) and licensed with BCCOHP
1+ years’ experience as a Licensed Dental Assistant (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant/CDA in British Columbia) (preferred, but will train the right individual)
Brings energy, accountability, and professionalism to work every day
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and colleagues
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, well-organized environment
Wants to be part of a team that respects your skills and supports your growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dental software systems is an asset
