The challenges that await you

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you are responsible for defining and developing the planning of organizational performance management activities for the services you will support, monitoring business plans, determining performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on the business needs of the City. You will also participate in the implementation of the organizational performance management model and contribute to the development and recommendation of strategic directions by developing data analysis models and producing reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.

More specifically, you will:

Support the implementation of the organizational performance management model adopted by the General Management and ensure the establishment of control mechanisms.

Collaborate in identifying and analyzing the needs of services in the context of mandates related to vision and strategic planning, process optimization, and organizational performance.

Draft policies and procedures regarding organizational performance and ensure their implementation in the City.

Develop the processes and mechanisms of organizational performance management required to meet the needs of the services.

Provide the General Management and services with reports on progress made towards achieving objectives, establishing a predictable and structured accountability mechanism.

Conduct analyses and diagnostics of organizational and strategic performance, then submit recommendations to service management.

Establish, with the relevant services, organizational performance indicators and assist them in decision-making related to measures and business processes.

Support services during major events that may affect the continuity of operations, while providing them with the tools, reports, and data necessary for decision-making.

Participate in defining strategic directions related to organizational performance management and identify management and monitoring activities associated with established objectives.

Ensure strategic monitoring of best practices in organizational performance management and submit recommendations to the organization.

Exercise technical and professional supervision by providing advice and explaining to your colleagues the methods, procedures, and application of certain directives or policies.

The ideal profile for us

-

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any other relevant field;
  • Have eight (8) years of experience in organizational performance management;
  • Experience in deploying management systems based on dashboards, visual stations, daily coordination meetings (asset);
  • Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training or certification (asset);
  • Experience in deploying management dashboards (asset);
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
