Brockville Ford is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of vehicles and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Whether you're starting your automotive career or bringing previous detailing experience, we offer training, support, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean, protect, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
• Prepare vehicles for inventory display, photography, and customer delivery
• Assist with vehicle picture capture and uploads (training provided)
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and dealership facilities
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles to maximize lot efficiency
• Assist with tire inventory and storage
• Monitor vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and presentation quality
• Install and change license plates as required
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Perform customer vehicle detail packages
• Assist with snow removal and lot maintenance during winter months
• Support other dealership operations as required

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience is considered an asset)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move light to heavy loads
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
