Agile Lead

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, product development, or related areas.
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery across one or more product teams or programs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment planning activities.
• Ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality business value aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor team health, delivery performance, and Agile maturity.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and value-driven planning.
• Enable self-organizing, accountable, and high-performing teams.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Agile best practices.
• Partner with business leaders, product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate communication and transparency across teams and leadership.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting delivery.
• Support release planning and roadmap execution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, quality, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Maintain visibility into team progress, risks, and delivery commitments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
