Production Print & Technical Support Specialist
Support daily print production operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment where every day brings variety. Contribute to equipment setup, print production, customer support, inventory management, and document administration while gaining hands-on experience with printing technologies in a collaborative on-site workplace.

What is in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $22.68.
• 12-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site facilities management services while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as the first point of contact for PC and software-related issues.
• Pre-configure desktop printing equipment.
• Arrange the delivery and setup of desktop printing equipment.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of equipment for remote depot repairs.
• Set up and deploy scanning templates to printing devices.
• Adjust and edit third-party fax software, including fax books, print drivers, and related settings.
• Provide black-and-white and colour printing support.
• Manage supply inventory.
• Maintain finishing equipment.
• Assist with print shop finishing, including hole punching, laminating, Cerlox binding, cutting, and binder insertion.
• Manage the document database by adding, discontinuing, and uploading edited forms.
• Receive, sort, stack, and manage warehouse inventory.
• Maintain the client website by updating product inventory, stock levels, and pricing.
• Perform monthly data entry of processed orders for Meridian software billing purposes.

What you will need to succeed:
• Post-secondary technology training or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a print shop environment.
• Networking experience.
• Experience configuring printers.
• Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Office, email, web browsing, file management, accurate data entry, and PC-based applications in a networked environment.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong attention to detail, organization, time management, initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to identify and resolve routine issues by following established procedures and exercising sound judgment.
• Willingness to learn print production processes, finishing equipment, and the client's IT environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow direction.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods while bending, reaching, and stretching as required by the role.
