AO Globe Life is growing its remote team and is looking for people who enjoy creating positive customer experiences. You don't need insurance experience, and you won't be expected to know everything on day one. We provide the training, guidance, and ongoing support to help you become confident in the role.

Instead of chasing leads, you'll meet with individuals who have already reached out to learn more about their benefit options. Your job is to answer questions, explain information clearly, and help each client feel comfortable throughout the process.

Here's What Your Week Might Look Like

One meeting could involve helping a young family understand their available benefits. Another conversation might simply be answering questions and walking someone through the next steps.

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Hosting scheduled virtual appointments with clients
• Listening first before offering recommendations
• Explaining benefit options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Assisting with enrollment and required documentation
• Following up to make sure clients have everything they need
• Participating in virtual coaching sessions and team collaboration
