Program Test Manager

The Program Test Manager owns the overall strategy and test governance model for the program ensuring alignment across all testing phases SIT E2E UAT and Performance Resource will lead cross functional coordination establish standardized practices and drive continuous improvement through automation and testing transformation initiatives for 100 applications in Mech 1Billion project

Responsibilities:

• Define own and obtain approval for the program level test strategy
• Establish and maintain testing approaches across all phases SIT DIT Integration UAT and Performance
• Define standards for test environments tools test data roles and quality metrics
• Act as the testing expert across project teams ensuring clarity completeness and validation of requirements and design
• Ensure Test Leads align with the strategy delivery expectations manage escalations effectively
• Drive test governance quality assurance controls and adherence to standards
• Plan and oversee integrated testing activities across business and technology for large initiatives
• Manage end to end test lifecycle activities ensuring seamless execution across all systems and workstreams
• Develop implement and maintain the master test schedule integrated test plan and execution tracking
• Track defect trends and aging across critical high and medium defects including cross domain impacts and resolution plans
• Highlight delayed workstreams with impacts mitigation plans accountable teams and target dates
• Coordinate all phases of testing SIT DIT Integration UAT Performance ensuring completeness and timely delivery
• Ensure all test exit criteria deliverables and signoffs are met within expected timelines and quality standards for Multiple applications
• Lead and integrate Test Leads and Test Analysts across multiple streams and systems
• Provide direction mentoring and oversight to ensure consistent delivery and quality outcomes
• Work closely with UATQAE2E Leads to ensure QA exit criteria are met and UAT entry criteria are fully satisfied
• Collaborate with development integration environment and business teams to ensure test readiness and execution
• Coordinate critical testing dependencies including Environment bookings and readiness Test data availability
• Partner with environment leads to align test execution with planned timelines
• Ensure clear and effective communication across all stakeholders with executive level visibility
• Produce testing dashboards status reports and executive communications across all levels of the organization
• Maintain and track RAID Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies and ensure visibility to stakeholders
• Communicate and manage milestones plans commitments and scope changes
• Ensure release readiness reviews mock runs and GoNoGo decisions are executed effectively
• Maintain test traceability and quality reporting across the lifecycle
• Implement shift left testing strategies to improve quality and reduce time to market
• Introduce and scale automation tools eg Selenium Rest Assured to increase efficiency
• Promote best practices in testing and test data management
• Extensive experience in program test management strategy and leadership
• Proven track record in complex multi stream program delivery
• Strong expertise across SIT DIT Integration UAT and Performance testing
• Demonstrated leadership in driving testing transformation and operational excellence
• Lead enterprise level strategy across high impact programs
• Drive testing transformation automation and continuous delivery practices
• Influence business outcomes and value stream generation
