Job Description:The Registered Nurse A is responsible to the nursing unit manager or director of nursing. The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. As a member of the nursing department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Nursing diploma is acceptable
