The Office Manager will provide hands-on structure and support for internal teams while maintaining customer service excellence with efficient processes and systems.This is the role for you if you are:

What you’ll bring to the table:

People Leadership and Motivation: 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated open-door philosophy and success leading through times of change and growth.
Organization and Administration: 7+ years of experience working in roles with administrative, customer service, and accounting responsibilities.
Communication and Documentation: 7+ years of experience delivering and reinforcing business expectations, as well as ensuring complete and accurate business records are kept, and all business activities can withstand scrutiny and pass an audit.
Customer-Centric Approach: strong focus on customer satisfaction and service, ensuring the company delivers a seamless experience.
Computer Skills: proven mastery of a wide variety of software and ability to become an “expert” user of essential business systems.

Job Type: Temporary (7 months)
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
