Deliverables

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of an enterprise Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (BPBF) solution, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through deployment while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to optimize financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes through solutions such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms integrated with SAP.
  • Establish project governance by developing integrated project plans, managing budgets, risks, dependencies, testing, executive reporting, change management, training, and user adoption to ensure successful implementation and long-term business value.
  • Drive continuous improvement by facilitating stakeholder workshops, identifying process automation opportunities, overseeing solution quality and data integrity, measuring implementation success through KPIs, and conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations using Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms integrated with SAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project Management certification required.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise software implementations involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams while delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, statutory reporting, financial compliance, process optimization, data analytics, and enterprise reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, executive stakeholder management, organizational change management, user training, risk management, testing, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of financial planning solutions; experience within consumer products, manufacturing, or similar industries is considered a strong asset.
