The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategy and decision-making across Performance Auto Group. By leveraging SQL, Python, and Google Suite, this role translates complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, creating dashboards and reports that inform key stakeholders.

Working collaboratively across departments, the Data Analyst identifies performance trends, ensures data integrity, and optimizes analytical methodologies to support organizational growth.

In this role, maintaining meticulous order is essential. Beyond technical analysis, the Data Analyst must implement rigorous, structured data management practices to ensure accuracy, facilitate reproducibility, and guarantee that complex information remains accessible and reliable for the entire organization.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Lead the ongoing evolution of our measurement and analysis tools and processes;
Manage tracking codes and pixels, along with related technology, throughout our marketing channels;
Mine data from multiple systems and provide comprehensive analysis and insights;
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver actionable data in friendly, digestible formats, including dashboards and reports;
Assist with the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns, working with vendors and other team members to execute;
Actively participate in team meetings to drive improvements to campaign performance and overall website metrics;
Other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

Post-secondary degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field required.
3-5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is preferred.
Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and exposure to emerging tracking and data collection tools.
Experience with Google Data Studio or experience utilizing data visualization tools is highly desirable.
Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
Proficient with SQL and Python
Expert command of spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and project management skills.

Savvy and up-to-date with current digital marketing practices.
Proactive, organized, and results driven.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type:Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual salary): $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The starting salary will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
