About BridgeheadFor over 40 years, Bridgehead has been sourcing and supporting a family of small-scale, sustainable farmers around the world. We were the first to bring Fairtrade coffee to Ottawa coffeehouses and continue to offer exceptional coffee directly sourced from global producers. Locally, Bridgehead supports hundreds of neighbourhood organizations every year through in-kind donations of coffee, tea, gift baskets, and gift cards.

The Coffeehouse Manager will educate, support, and train their team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring our customers consistently enjoy unique, ethically traded products in a comfortable, community-centered environment.
