At the center of our success is our extraordinary team. We are currently seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for people and exceptional customer experiences. The Coffeehouse Manager will educate, support, and train their team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring our customers consistently enjoy unique, ethically traded products in a comfortable, community-centered environment.
What You Will Do:

Leadership & Hospitality: Provide effective leadership to motivate and direct team members to exceed hospitality expectations. Model and enforce Bridgehead standards for cleanliness, product delivery, and efficiency.
Team Management:Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate the front-line team. Model, foster, and encourage personal and professional growth in the workplace.
Operations & Administration:Maintain operational policies and procedures. Manage systems, records, and cash practices. Actively control store costs, including inventory, payroll, purchasing, waste, and maintenance.
Customer Experience: Anticipate and respond to customer needs, observing the environment to ensure a warm, inviting coffeehouse.
Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, develop actionable store plans, and liaise professionally with Support Staff and other Managers.
Safety & Standards:Guard the health and safety of customers and staff while safeguarding the company’s vision and values.

What We Are Looking For:

2 to 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager role.
Established professional with an exemplary track record in hospitality.
Proven financial and inventory management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Consistent record of punctuality, strong time management, and attendance.
Flexibility regarding store location and hours of work.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 kg (with or without reasonable accommodation).
Food Handler certification and First Aid/CPR certification are considered strong assets.
