Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager

A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale and complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Oversee project schedules, budgets, financial performance, and quality control
Manage relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Lead project teams and support staffing, training, and performance management
Assist with estimating, budgeting, bid packages, and procurement activities
Analyze project risks, schedules, and long-lead items
Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and company policies

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience overseeing complex construction operations and multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and cost management systems
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
