actuellement à la recherche d’une personne consciencieuse, soucieuse et animée

GreenShield Santé — à savoir tout fournisseur offrant du soutien en santé
mentale et des services de consultation par l’entremise de GreenShield Santé.

La mission de l’équipe des opérations du Réseau de
professionnels et professionnelles de la santé est d’assurer le dynamisme et la
croissance de ce dernier. En tant que spécialiste du Réseau de professionnels
et professionnelles de la santé, vous aiderez l’équipe à accomplir sa
mission:

• en recrutant des professionnels et professionnelles de la santé et en assurant leur intégration au sein du Réseau pour répondre aux besoins évolutifs des clients, aux obligations contractuelles et à la fluctuation du volume des demandes;
• en prenant en charge leur formation sur la mission, les produits, les politiques et les procédures cliniques de GreenShield Santé; et
• en mettant en œuvre des initiatives visant à favoriser leur rétention au sein du Réseau.

The Team, The Role and The Responsibilities:

GreenShield Health is growing fast and the Practitioner Network Operations Team is currently looking for a conscientious and process-oriented individual who is passionate about working with potential and current members of the GreenShield Health Practitioner Network - that is, the practitioners who provide mental health support for all individuals who log into GreenShield Health Therapy every day.

• The mission of the Practitioner Network Operations (PNO) team is to ensure that the GreenShield Health Practitioner Network is vibrant and robust. As a Practitioner Network Specialist, you will support the team achieve our mission by:

Recruiting and onboarding practitioners to fulfill evolving customer needs, contractual obligations, and fluctuating volume.

• Engaging and training the GreenShield Health Practitioner Network with respect to GreenShield Health’s mission, product, clinical policies and procedures; and
• Implementing retention initiatives to retain the practitioners within our network.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Completion of

College diploma or University Degree in a related field.

• At least one year

of experience in a similar role.

• Previous

experience in a client or customer facing role.

• Excellent written

and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Strong ability to

organize information and synthesize key facts for reporting purposes.

• Ability to lead

administrative tasks (e.g. note taking, booking on-boarding sessions).

• Confidence to

work independently and within a team environment.

• Excellent

organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent

decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a

dynamic team environment and independently.

• Able to perform

multiple concurrent tasks.

• Proven work

ethic, able to take initiative and be self-directed.

• Proficiency with

technology (e.g. MS Office and/or Google Suite).

• Proficiency in

organizing and arranging web-based meetings.

• Ability to lead

and host internal and external meetings
