Role overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume bakery, a love for creating delicious pastries and breads, and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Follow recipes accurately and consistently.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with the development of new recipes.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Commitment to quality and consistency.
Culinary diploma or certification is a plus.
