The Opportunity

Provides technical administration, support, and analysis of the company’s critical network and business systems, including both the hardware & software environments. Ensure overall integrity of company network and all external services (ensuring LAN/WAN network connectivity remains active, secure and accessible at all times.

The Role

Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Cloud environments, including Exchange Online, Active Directory, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing governance and authentication services;
Support administration tasks include patch management, system hardening, antivirus management, certificate maintenance, and security remediation activities;
Apply metadata tagging, data classification and retention labels in SharePoint;
Respond to IT Help Desk tickets to troubleshoot and resolve operational service requests, incidents, problem investigations, and change activities;
Ensure system integrity and availability od the various systems by ensuring back-ups, access control and disaster recovery are managed and maintained;
Support for other SaaS (Software as a Service) applications and;
Support other project initiatives and IT Help Desk ticket requests as required;

The Candidate

Education: College Diploma or University Degree (BA /Information Technology), Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Azure cloud Administration

Knowledge:Project management skills required; must possess a high attention to detail, Cybersecurity knowledge and understanding to operate by security in design. Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).

Compensation:

Salary range $$70,000-$80,000 per annum. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
