Position Summary:
The AZ Driver will play a critical role in contributing to the success of STAGE by delivering our custom-built products directly to high-volume customers. The qualified candidate will provide an effective and incident-free delivery and pickup experience while maintaining excellent rapport with our customers providing industry-leading customer experiences.

The AZ Driver will facilitate shipping and delivery activities and drive quality, productivity, and safety while reporting to the department Supervisor.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, detail-oriented, and excellent driving skills with associated licenses. The successful candidate will be disciplined, punctual, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a commercial truck with patented lift mechanisms to load and unload skids at customer locations in a safe manner following internal protocols, training procedures, and customer rules.
• Perform and log daily pre and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles and lift.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers upon each delivery.
• Ensure deliveries are completed according to the schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck keeping it free from debris inside and out.
• Analyzes current and established procedures and make suggestions to the supervisor on process improvements.
• Adhere to and enforce safety procedures during every aspect of the role.
• Partner with the Department Supervisor to provide status updates and progress reports as needed.
• Other tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license.
• Proven record of safe driving performance.
• Letter of experience (LOE) for an insurance company with a minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy vehicles with no claims.
• 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment, windows and doors experience is considered an asset.
• The successful candidate will need to complete a successful background check, including a driving review.
