What You'll Be Doing

Every day, you'll connect with individuals through scheduled virtual appointments to discuss their benefit needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Hosting virtual meetings with prospective clients using video and phone platforms
Learning about each client's goals before presenting available benefit options
Explaining products and services in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner
Assisting clients through the enrollment process while ensuring all required information is completed accurately
Maintaining organized client records and activity updates
Building lasting relationships through exceptional customer care and follow-up
Participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team development meetings
