About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized,
and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front‑line, 100%
in‑person role that supports the daily operations of our office. You will be
responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing incoming
communications, and providing administrative and clerical support to ensure a
smooth and professional office environment.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to
the appropriate team or department.
and type various documents including letters, forms, and reports.
sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
outgoing mail, courier shipments, and priority post.
a tidy, presentable, and organized reception area at all times.
and maintaining physical and digital files and documents, including
creating and updating filing systems as needed
with compiling data for internal reports when needed.
claims accurately and in a timely manner
a positive and professional image of the organization in all interactions
other duties relevant to the position as required or assigned.
What You Bring to the Team
experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar
support role experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
understanding of general office procedures and daily administrative
operations.
written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional
correspondence such as memos, letters, and emails.
ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal
supervision.
in ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment
needs are met.
with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn and adapt to new software
systems.
in maintaining organized filing systems and managing basic databases.
problem-solving and analytical skills to support efficient office
operations.
and effective communication skills to engage with team members,
executives, and clients at all levels.
customer-focused mindset with a friendly, helpful attitude.
multitasking abilities and attention to detail to manage shifting
priorities.
