Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and expansion strategies to hit defined revenue targets
Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead the end-to-end deal process, including preparing competitive proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client solutions.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
Attend and represent the company at tradeshows and conferences, confidently articulate our value proposition to potential clients
Evaluate the success of tradeshows by tracking lead conversions, total costs and presenting post-show ROI reports
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with customer relationship management practices to foster long-term client engagement.
