Position Overview
Altec Global Inc offers a range of immigration services to prospective clients, including, but not limited to immigration, studying abroad, permanent residency, visas, visiting relatives, as well as business-related ventures. Altec is seeking a detail-oriented Summer Office Assistant to support our team with administrative, client service, and document management tasks. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a professional office environment, working closely with immigration files and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain client files (digital and physical)
  • Assist with reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Support application tracking and general administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients in English and Chinese
  • Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and general support
  • Support basic social media and marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Chinese or Vietnamese (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication and presentation (business attire required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Interest in administration, client service, or immigration services is an asset
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or individual who has been granted refugee status.
