About the Role:

We are looking for an outgoing, people-friendly Promo Rep/Talent Scout to join our team. This is a flexible part-time role perfect for students, creatives, and anyone who loves connecting with people. You'll interact with the public, promote products, gather feedback, and scout potential talent for exciting TV projects. If you're energetic, talkative, and love variety--this is the job for you!

What you'll do:

Attend sporting events, festivals, concerts, and community events to engage with the public.
Invite attendees to complete a quick 60-second survey.
Identify and connect with outgoing individuals who may be a good fit for future casting opportunities.

• Energetic, approachable, and confident communicators

• Must be comfortable starting conversations with strangers in public spaces

• Reliable and self-motivated

• 18 years or older

• Must be based in Calgary area
