Electrical Journeyman – Halifax, NS

$$40-45/hour | Monday–Friday |

Full-Time, Permanent

We’re growing our Halifax, NS operation and looking for an experienced Electrical Journeyman Technician who wants guaranteed steady work, modern equipment, and a good work-life balance.

This is residential work focused on Service Upgrades, and Heat Pump electrification — no sales pressure, no chasing leads, just quality installs and service in a supportive environment where your work is valued and appreciated.

What You’ll Get

• Monday to Friday schedule

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing and servicing residential electrical systems, including service upgrades and new circuits
• Diagnosing electrical issues and completing safe, code-compliant repairs
• Wiring panels, breakers, disconnects, and electrical components for heat pumps and other equipment
• Removing and decommissioning outdated or unsafe electrical systems and components
• Completing service documentation and communicating clearly with homeowners
• Working safely and in accordance with provincial electrical codes and manufacturer specifications

Mentoring and supporting apprentices on electrical installations and safety best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Electrical Technician (recognized in NS)
• Experience in residential
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
