What Your Day-to- Day looks like:

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients regarding our products
Assist customers and clients in transaction processing, and account information updates as required
Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated to increase sales
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For?

Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
Negotiating, retention skills with top-tier communication skills to promote policies
Prepared to actively work as part of a team. Maintains a positive attitude when meeting challenges.
Authorized to work in the US
Proficiency in Zoom and other team/office-related software.
