As a Breakfast Line/Prep Cook, You Will

  • Prepare

food and menu items to the highest standard

  • Cook

menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff

  • Ensure

food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion

  • Comply

with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

  • Clean

kitchen and work area

  • Follow

all operations policies and procedures

  • Focus on the sauté station of the kitchen
  • Work

alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

What You Bring

  • 2+ years cooking

experience in a commercial kitchen

  • A

culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset

  • Ability

to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
