Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and build the schedule through outbound calls
Handle insurance claims, accounts receivable, and patient inquiries
Coordinate front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service
Work with urgency, efficiency, and a team-first attitude

Qualifications

Previous dental administration experience is required
Strong dental knowledge, including insurance and treatment coordination
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and confident with the public
Must be willing to work business hours
Part-time or full-time opportunity available

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $22 to $26 per hour
