This isn't a behind-the-scenes admin job — it's the connective tissue of our group-wide growth strategy. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Business Development Manager, keep our pipelines sharp and current, and make sure every business unit is pulling in the same direction. When CCG lands a major project, you'll know you helped make it happen.

What You'll Be Doing

Powering Group Strategy

• Help bring the CCG Group business development and sales strategy to life
• Keep our pipelines, tracking tools, and CRM humming with accurate, up-to-date information
• Pull together polished sales reports for executive leadership and the advisory board
• Build consistency across the group through smart BD processes, templates, and documentation

Driving Group-Level Coordination

• Track target clients, projects, and partnership opportunities alongside the BD Manager
• Support integrated project delivery and joint venture pursuits
• Help organize and track First Nation engagement and relationship activities
• Coordinate conference logistics and follow-ups — you'll help us show up sharp and stay connected
• Craft compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

Supporting Business Units on the Ground

• Coordinate BD&E meetings with Business Unit General Managers — agendas, documentation, follow-through
• Help business units track opportunities and prep winning submission documentation
• Partner with estimating teams to track pursuits from proposal to awarded project
• Run lessons-learned sessions and gather client feedback that makes us better next time
• Keep goals, action items, and next steps on track across business units

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or a similar support role
• Bonus points for experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Comfort in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems is a plus

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on job‑related factors, including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy.
