Accurately bid jobs based on project scopes.
Interpret and analyze blueprints to guide project planning.
Manage demolition projects ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in commercial demolition, with proven management experience.
Expertise in blueprint reading.
Skilled in project estimation and management.
Ability to bid jobs confidently and accurately.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Familiarity with estimating software is a definite plus.

Pay is Contract-to-Hire:

Will start as pay per project with potential to be brought on full time after first 2-3 projects.
