Program Coordinator II JOB SUMMARY: The Program Coordinator II shall have the personality, ability, and temperament necessary to interact with the supported persons in a manner that will respect and maintain the persons’ spirit, dignity and individuality.
In collaboration with the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will assist the manager with the supervision of employees, administrative duties, scheduling and the development of plans. This includes the implementation and evaluation of programs that are designed to support a person's health and well-being within staffed homes, centers and home-based day programs.
This position may participate in an on-call rotation, as required, to support after-hours operations. On-call duties include responding to emergencies, staffing needs, and providing direction to staff. Standby and call-back compensation will be provided in accordance with the collective agreement.
