A Day in This Role

Every day is a little different, but your focus is simple, help people.

You'll meet virtually with clients who have requested information about their benefit options, answer their questions, explain available solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Along the way, you'll continue developing your communication, customer service, and professional skills through ongoing training and mentorship.
